It’s meant to be a positive refreshing addition to your daily routine of taking care of yourself, just like vitamins, skincare, washing dishes, or tidying up to keep a clean home - this is “spiritual hygiene”! Work your exercise, yoga, meditation etc into your life as if it were that normal, natural and habitual.

Absolutely! Many people find benefits in repeating the program as it deepens their experience each time. I ofc recommend it for every day of the week and every week of the year, and the effects compound over time very evidently! But even if you only do it once, the benefits are ever-lasting. You can revisit the practices any time you need a boost of radiance and connection.
